Most people should start on Family Free and stay there until something goes wrong. It covers one care recipient with the full toolkit: self-serve claims and appeals, the ambient visit scribe, medications, calendar, vitals and wearable syncing. No trial clock, no card.
Upgrade when the work stops being organisational and becomes adversarial. Family, at $15 a month, adds up to three care recipients, advocate-drafted appeal letters, patient self-service invites and your full session history — the things you want the week a $4,000 claim is denied or a second parent needs help.
Family Pro, at $30 a month, is for people carrying more than one household: unlimited care recipients, advocate review with phone escalation, custom recurring reminders and priority phone support. Both paid plans include a 14-day trial and can be cancelled from your account without emailing anyone.
Employers are billed differently — per employee per month, with volume discounts starting at 500 seats and an admin portal plus SSO included. Employees on an employer plan get paid features at no personal cost, and their health data still stays private from their employer.
One denied claim usually costs more than a year of Family. That is the honest maths behind the pricing.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens when my 90-day pilot ends?
- Nothing is charged automatically, because we never collect a card at pilot signup. Before the 90 days are up we email you and show an in-app reminder so you can pick Family or Family Pro and add a payment method, or simply stay on Family Free and keep your record. The pilot program may be extended for all participants at the company's discretion.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Family Free requires no card, and paid trials only ask for payment details when the 14 days end.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date and nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
- What counts as a care recipient?
- One person you are caring for, with their own record, medications, appointments and claims. Circle members who help are unlimited on every plan.
- What happens if my employer stops offering KinBridge?
- Your account stays yours. You keep the record and can continue on Family Free or a paid plan.
